What is the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15um?
Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can produce 15um and above upon request.
What colors and thicknesses are available for powder coating?
We can produce any color as long as a sample is provided. Our standard powder coating thickness is 55-80um.
What wood grain options are available?
Popular colors include Western Red Cedar, Australia Cedar, Jarrah, Chestnut, and Bush Wood. Custom colors are available based on your samples.
How is the weather resistance for the wood grain finish?
We use Akzo Noble Interpon D1010 powder and Italian Menphis film. It complies with American AAMA 2603 standards and offers a 10-year color guarantee.

What is the typical delivery time for orders?
