To prevent water ingress during severe rainstorms, our frames feature built-in pressure-equalized weep holes and multi-tiered EPDM gasket seals. This engineering design balances internal sash pressure with exterior wind pressure, allowing water to drain away while preventing moisture from penetrating the interior.
Our architectural profiles feature glass fiber reinforced polyamide thermal barriers. By separating the interior and exterior aluminum profiles, we reduce thermal transmittance (U-factor), preventing condensation in cold climates and reducing HVAC loads in hot tropical regions.
By combining variable glass thicknesses (e.g., 6mm outer + 12Argon + 4mm+1.52SGP+4mm inner laminated), our storm windows achieve a Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating of 40 and above. This reduces low-frequency urban and atmospheric noise, providing a quieter indoor environment.
Coastal winds carry highly corrosive salts. We treat our alloy profiles with PVDF (fluorocarbon coating) and heavy anodization (Class I, >18 microns). Our products pass salt spray test standards (ASTM B117) for up to 3,000 hours without bubbling, peeling, or chalking.

Our future product roadmap includes integrating electrochromic (smart tinting) glass with impact laminations, enabling automated light and heat control without compromising structural strength.
